Contributor's Guidelines

Language

Articles must be submitted in English language and in soft copy preferably through email.

Words limit: The preferred length of an article is between 4,000 and 6,000 words for research articles and surveys, and 3,000 words for commentary. This length can be waived for certain articles in consultation with the editor. Book reviews should be between 1,200 and 1,800 words.

Note: All articles must have Abstract, Key Words, Introduction and conclusion followed by in- text Citation.

Title Page 
The author’s name and address should appear only on the title page, which should be separate from the main text of the manuscript.

Illustrations, diagrams, graphs
Illustrations are welcome for all kinds of articles. Maps, diagrams and graphs essential to the subject of the article should preferably be camera-ready.

References
Authors should use in-text citation for the purpose of citations. The author is solely responsible for quotations and illustrations in their respective papers. Accuracy in citations is also the author’s responsibility. They should follow APA (6th edition) referencing style.

  • Submission Checklist
    The text is 1.5-space; uses Calibri (Body) 12-point font size. Employ italics, rather than underlining. If any tables or illustrations submitted have been published elsewhere, the author should obtain prior written consent to republish from the copyright holder and the author(s). All illustrations, figures etc. must be of high resolution/quality, preferably jpeg or equivalent but not power point, and preferably attached as extra files.
